Peggy Hickle has stepped into the role of Interim Executive Director.
About Peggy, in her own words:
I am a native Texan with a degree in Stage Management from the University of Houston. While I have done some stage management and production management since moving to NC, the bulk of my work life has been stage managing in the streets and parks of downtown Greensboro. As Operations Manager for Grassroots Productions Limited, I helped produce the Fun 4th Festival, Festival of Lights, and other events around downtown, as well as managing Center City Park. Pre-pandemic, I was honored to be the Vice-President of Home State, the lifestyle brand featuring the iconic ‘home.’ design that you can find all the cool kids wearing across the US and beyond. I have two brilliant and gorgeous children, two cute and precocious grandkids, and a crazy cattle dog mix named Lyle Lovett. I am so excited to be starting this new adventure at transform GSO and can’t wait to start exchanging great stories about where we come from and where we’re going!
