Who do you need to become to get where you’re going?
I was asked this question a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve been noodling on it ever since. As I’m sure has become apparent by now, if you’ve been following my monthly musings, I’m a huge fan of our garden at transform GSO. In the same way our tGSO community does, the garden has a beauty and rhythm to it that inspires me daily. And by the way, if you haven’t checked it out (both our tGSO community and the garden), come visit me – I’ll treat you to a great cup of coffee and a tour! I’ll show you what I see – a huge metaphor for the big questions. When you look at a garden, most people can easily visualize what it needs to get where it’s going. We humans are a bit trickier – mostly because we often get in our own way, second guess ourselves, turn a blind eye to things we need to see, succumb to our fears and insecurities.
So what does where you want to take your business look like? What do you need to become to get your business to where you want it to go? What are three SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals you can set today to take a step towards your business’s future success?
Once you’ve got a bead on that, come meet me in the garden. We can share our ideas and then dream even bigger!
All good things,
