We have two unique locations that are the perfect venue for your next big celebration or gathering. Both our Bain Street and Lewis Street locations are ideal for corporate holiday parties, graduation parties, fundraisers, networking events, and more!

In the heart of downtown Greensboro, our main event spaces come with a spacious reception area and are catering-friendly.

Full Space Rental Details

Event Space Rates:

  • Full Space:
    • Bain St.: $250/hour
    • Lewis St.: $200/hour

Event Staffing Manager: (Required) $35/hour per staffer (number subject to event size)

Important notes:

  • Staffing: Closed on major holidays see here for those dates
  • Rental Time: Must include setup and teardown.
  • Catering: Outside catering is welcome, no preferred vendor

Alcohol: You must either:

  • Provide an ABC permit. (we must have your copy two weeks before the event)
  • Hire a vendor with an ABC permit.

Additional Information:

  • We are a shared coworking and office space, so please be mindful of noise and respect our members’ access to their offices.
  • We ask that you complete an in-person tour click here to register
  • We typically require 2-3 weeks before an event to be booked.
  • Weekday Events: Must start after 5 PM to accommodate our coworking members.
