Dear Members, Partners, and Friends,

I am excited to announce that starting today, HQ Greensboro is changing its name.

We chose the name Transform GSO because we feel it communicates the transformative power our space and our amazing community brings to Greensboro. Everything that was great about HQ Greensboro – our spirit, our staff, rates, amenities, and (most importantly) our passion to empower our community with the resources they need to accomplish their goals – will carry over into this new era.

Transform GSO is rolling out new memberships and programs to support those in need

This year we have witnessed major changes, evolutions, disruptions, and shifts in most areas of our personal and professional lives. In Fall 2020, Transform GSO will introduce new membership levels to provide an accessible, affordable workplace alternative and a supportive network to those who have shifted to remote working, changed their career paths, or are simply looking for a professional setting to be in. With the development of new and meaningful partnerships, which will be announced soon, our existing programs will expand and evolve to reflect the needs of professionals and businesses facing a post-COVID economy.

We are growing in 2021!

Along with our name change, we are adding office, coworking, and meeting space in the neighboring beautifully restored Gateway Building to create a campus of innovation in the South End District. This new location will feature 54 private offices, an open coworking cafe, a 75-person conference room, private phone booths, and a wellness room. Attached to this expansion will be our new, large scale event space, Elm & Bain. Leasing and reservation opportunities of the expansion and event space will open in Fall 2020.

We felt like this year was the perfect opportunity to evaluate how we could transform our community for the better. If you are someone seeking a supportive community or an inspiring environment to work in, we may have resources that can help you.

Thank you to all of our members, partners, and friends for your continued support of this community. With our new name, our upcoming expansion, and evolving membership opportunities and programs, we feel that we are going to be able to serve our community even better and we look forward to the impact we can have together.

Sincerely,

Kaitlin Conover

Director, Transform GSO
